How to get started

  • Purchase the GLA 360 instrument – 1 for each leader
  • Compile and send us the details of the leaders and their raters and groups. You can download the excel sheet – fill the details and email it to us
  • Leader(s) name and email(s)
  • Respondents names and emails classified into rater groups (self, peers, direct reports, manager(s), others etc.
  • GLA launch date, 3 reminder dates, and closing date
  • Whitelist our domain – so your firewall doesn’t block the survey emails.  We will handle this for you – just connect us with the right person in your IT department and we will send them the instructions and verify that it is done.

    • The 360 degree feedback interviews can also be used as a standalone tool.  Often the 360 degree feedback surveys take time and consistent follow up with the raters.  360 degree interviews can be quicker and still provide extremely valuable insights to the leader
